Do you ship your shoulder devices?
Yes! We ship our devices in a secure, custom-made travel case for your convenience. If you wish to transport the device yourself after purchase, the travel case is included with the purchase of your device.
How do I purchase one of your devices?
Our devices may be purchased by reaching out directly to our sales team. Contact us today to order or inquire about ordering one of our rotator cuff devices.
Is there a warranty on your shoulder device?
Yes! We offer a multi-year warranty on our equipment and all components.
What are the differences between the two devices?
The differences between the devices lie within the customer’s intended use of the device. Both devices include our Titin sensor-tracking capabilities and data-logging technology.
The Humero Tech S1® is a standing model device that can mainly be used by those wanting a friendly, “plug and play” device for shoulder recovery. It’s a very active device that allows for a wider range of motion than the Humero Tech C1®.
The Humero Tech C1 is a seated model device that can primarily be used by those looking for help isolating and targeting individual muscles in the shoulder. This is aided by the adjustable elbow and wrist positioning components.

What happens if I have trouble with my equipment?
All issues with the equipment are taken very seriously by Titin KM Biomedical®. We will attempt to troubleshoot and resolve any issues through one-on-one discussions. If the problem cannot be resolved in this manner, a technician will be sent to your location to work directly with your team and device.
